・We will dress you in the kimono over your clothes. It takes about 5–10 minutes.
・Our staff will assist you carefully, so feel free to relax and enjoy the experience.
・After dressing, you’ll have 20 minutes to take photos freely in our studio.
・We provide a timer for your convenience.
・Feel free to use our props such as folding fans and Japanese umbrellas.
・If you'd like to extend the time or change into another kimono, please ask our staff.
・After changing out of your kimono, please proceed to payment.
・We accept cash and credit cards.

| Can I join without a reservation? | Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available on the day. However, we recommend making a reservation in advance, as your preferred kimono or time slot may already be booked. |
| Can men and children also enjoy the kimono experience? | Men and children can also enjoy the kimono experience. We offer kimonos for men and kids, perfect for couples and families. Please contact us in advance for size or age-specific requests. |
| Do you support multiple languages? | We provide guidance in 6 languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, French, and Spanish. Some communication on the day may use translation apps. |
| Do you have different kimono sizes? | We offer kimonos in various sizes to fit different body types. Our staff will help you find the best fit based on your height and body shape. |
| How long does the experience take? | The time required varies by plan, but the shortest experience takes about 30 minutes. Please see the menu for details. |
| Can we participate as a group? | Due to space and facility limitations, we accept up to 5 guests at a time. Thank you for your understanding. |
